Rank plc to Launch Enracha.com in Spain

Land and online gambling group Rank Plc plan development and expansion into Spanish market in 2012.

At the beginning of 2012, Rank plc is planning to launch its new Spanish online gambling site, Enracha.com.

In June this year, Rank plc announced its intention to enter the Spanish market by having a dedicated offer. In spite of the difficult trading conditions in Europe, Rank Plc's management believes that Spain has the potential to be an extremely profitable market for the company.

During the second half of 2012, the group intends to launch enRacha, a new gaming brand for the Spanish gambling market. To do this, Rank Plc will convert one of their Top Rank clubs in Madrid, and develop their online gambling website as enRacha.com.

Rank Plc has announced its intention to apply for an online gaming license in Spain as soon as they become available. Operators can apply for an online gaming license in Spain from November 14.
